Interculturalidad, prácticas pedagógicas de maestros y maestras y construcción del otro

Resumen

El presente avance de investigación ofrece los elementos de un trabajo alrededor de los docentes y sus prácticas dentro de un enfoque intercultural que se viene construyendo por parte de la Secretaria de Educación de Bogotá y la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. También presenta algunas reflexiones sobre la interculturalidad y su relación con el entorno escolar de la ciudad, aspectos que están en elaboración y que construyen sus principales aportes teóricos a partir de los movimientos indígenas de la región. Se termina con unas conclusiones iniciales derivadas del trabajo en curso.

Interculturalism, teachers’ pedagogical practices and otherness construction
Abstract
The present research account states the constructs of an examination of teachers and their pedagogical practices within an intercultural approach that is being developed by Secretaría de Educación de Bogotá and Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. It provides some reflections on interculturalism and its relation with the school environment in the city, elements which are under construction and constitute the main theoretical
contribution based on the indigenous movements in the region. Some initial conclusions of the ongoing research are drawn at the end of the article.
