Resumen

Uno de los temas más interesantes de la literatura del siglo de oro español es la relación entre el sueño y la realidad. Lo podemos encontrar en diferentes autores, manifestado en múltiple correspondencias: noche-día, oscuridad-luz, dormir-despertar, muerte-vida. San Juan de la Cruz, Miguel de Cervantes, Francisco de Quevedo, Calderón de la Barca, son algunos de los escritores donde la guerra entre lo onírico y lo real se convierte en el horizonte desde el que inventan sus historias. Dando así lugar a esa concepción dell barroco español, al uso oscuro, complejo del lenguaje, pero, al mismo tiempo, adecuado, perfercto, indicador del camino a una claridad absoluta, a una nueva concepción del ser humano. El significado de las palabras se desprende y vuelve a la forma, renovado, recreando la dialéctica de un misterio, el constante vivir muriendo, o morir viviendo.

Dream or reality somewhere in La Mancha

Abstract

One of the most interesting topics in the Golden Century of spanich literature is that of the relationship between dream and reality. It can be found in different authors as the appearence of multiple co-relations: day-night, light-darness, dormancy-alertness, life-death. an Juan de la Cruz, Miguel de Cervantes, Francisco de Quevedo andCalderón de la Barca are some of the writers for whom the pposition between dream-like and real matters becomes the horizon from which they invent their stories. This gives birth to the Spanich baroque, the use of dark, complex, laguage which at the same times shows an appropiate an accurate path to absolute clarity, to a new point of viwe about the human being. Word meaning wanders away and comes back renewed to its structure, recreating the dialectic of a mystery, that of being alive while ying or dying while going on living.
