La vida cotidiana: lecho y sarcófago, refugio y prisión

Resumen

Este artículo es una revisión de tema, en él se presenta una descripción elemental de algunos de los conceptos que han utilizado diversas disciplinas de las ciencias sociales para hacer cognoscible la estructura de la vida cotidiana. Se pretende insinuar al lector no especialista la complejidad que hay en la vida cotidiana, y la importancia que adquiere para comprender y valorar la relación estrecha entre individuo, sociedad y cultura. Se espera inducir reflexiones acerca de problemas actuales de la sociedad colombiana, como la conflictividad y las múltiples manifestaciones de diversas formas de violencia, desde perspectivas no convencionales.

Daily life: bed and sarcophagus, refuge and prison

Abstract

This article is a topic review, in it a basic description of several concepts used by different disciplines in the field of social sciences to make the structure of daily life cognizable is presented. It is attempted to familiarize non-specialist readers with the complexity of daily life and to help them understand and value the strong relationship among the individual, society and culture. It is expected that this article induces reflections from non-conventional perspectives about recent problems of the Colombian society, like the conflict and multiple manifestations of diverse forms of violence.
